Like I think on the journey to Erid he sometimes wakes up in a cold sweat convinced he's alone on the Hail Mary. Especially if Rocky happens to be in another room.

For a minute he's alone again on that ship, drifting through the void of space, stuck in his own personal horror movie. it's cold and lonely and the bodies of his friends are rotting in the next room over. the weight of the world is on his shoulders alone and he can't even remember why and the people that could've helped him are DEAD and he's alone! he's alone!!!

I'm very preoccupied with looking attractive bc when ur disabled, people treat you muuuch better if they want to fuck you. pretty privilege is real but more so when your disabled. Or marginalized in any way tbh

it frustrating bc I don't want to be like this but also the easiest way to make people respect me is to make myself more attractive. or maybe not respect me. But see me as more of a person?

well. You're kind of being gawked at. But it's better than the pity and infantilization I get otherwise. It's like. Maybe if I'm sexy enough I won't be seen as a child. picking one type of dehumanization over the other. At least the other makes me feel like an adult.
