Been a bit inactive, sorry! These are some TPM sketches I coloured in and thought I'd post them. A little different from my usual stuff (and messier) but I had so much fun putting them together

George Lucas playing Star Wars: Dark Forces (1995)
I've always been curious as to the global reception of the films, so I gathered info from the various movie rating sites of each country to give a portrait of what it looks like. Here's the result!
In total, 11,078,484 audience ratings were gathered last year from 12 countries and 12 different regional websites (each site is listed in the image). I also totaled the average ratings for each film for the sum total global count, using weighted averages to calculate the average rating for the planet.
The global average ratings are:
The Empire Strikes Back – 8.22 Return of the Jedi – 8.20 A New Hope – 8.15 Revenge of the Sith – 7.97 Attack of the Clones – 7.55 The Phantom Menace – 7.52 Rogue One – 7.49 The Force Awakens – 7.25 Solo – 6.77 The Last Jedi – 6.76 The Rise of Skywalker – 6.13
A couple little notes on the data shared here: the Czech Republic had A New Hope first released there in 1991, with the other two films in the trilogy coming in 1997, and swiftly afterwards the release of the prequels from 1999 and beyond. Russia had the first Star Wars film released there in 1990, followed by the joint 1999 release of The Phantom Menace and 2000 with the originals on VHS.
China had the prequels released there first cinematically, with the originals following suit on DVD in the years afterwards. Thought I'd make mention of this, as these countries didn't experience the lapse in time between trilogies for nostalgia or other elements of affection to come in there.
In the end it was a fun exercise to take a look at all this stuff, and I hope you'll find it as interesting as I found it looking at the rating differences between nations.
Happy to share today that the NJO documentary series I made has been added to IMDb! Feel free to head over and leave a rating or a review if you enjoyed the series. ^.^

Last Stands of the New Jedi Order illustrated by Frank Joseph (Tumblr/DeviantArt) Following Jacen Solo's defiant rescue of Leia Organa Solo, saving her from the clutches of Yuuzhan Vong Warmaster Tsavong Lah, the furious Warmaster publicly pronounced a bounty on the Jedi Knights, sending terrifying Voxyn beasts, traitorous Peace Brigade agents, and Yuuzhan Vong forces to hunt down the Jedi. In exchange, he offered a grim bargain: worlds would be spared for each Jedi captured or killed. Numbering at less than a hundred knights, the Jedi faced the greatest threat to their order since Emperor Palpatine's devastating Order 66. Stunned by the drastic loss of Jedi in the wake of this pronouncement, Jedi Master Luke Skywalker would send a strike team of Jedi, led by the heroic Anakin Solo, deep into Yuuzhan Vong territory in a desperate attempt to kill the Voxyn queen and save the Jedi Order. This art series depicts the last stands of various Jedi who perished in this terrible purge during the midpoint of the Yuuzhan Vong War. vs. Voxyn: Numa Rar, Lusa, Eelysa vs. the Peace Brigade: Dorsk 82, Thrynni Vae vs. the Yuuzhan Vong: Seyyerin Itoklo, Drif Lij
