i know some people hate it but i loveeeeeeeee a french ending. yes girl give us no conclusion. let us form our own judgement of the themes. and in refraining from giving a closing word, allow the story to remain unfiltered by intended intrepretation. and make it uncomfortable. make it weary. let it emphasise the personal struggle and lack of resolution in the protagonist. or better yet let it linger uncomfortably knowing this story was part of a systemic issue with thousands of other stories like it. or let it be shocking and painful. let there be no comfort to the audience. does a piece of art owe you closure?
