Deciding to call my brain a symbiote cause they defiantly aren't doing what they should be, but they have their benefits sometimes.

Finally you get another chapter and I'm hoping to continue that other Venom fic to! And you know my ideas for a-- cyberpunkish Venom fic sometime in the future! If Venom comics are ruined I have to write something in place right?

Once back at LIFE some order resumed. All involved were checked and catered to their wounds and injuries. To the Other’s disappointment more stitches for the bite their hunter had taken. Their injuries were nothing they weren't used to. The biggest was always to their mind. After that the group was slowly disbanded to the failed night, leaving the carnage for tomorrow. Eddie was sitting on the wooden bench outside of the facility buildings, man spread, head back staring at the awning above him. Lights cast the yard, touching every shadow it could.  At least a safety behind the huge towering fences. The only outside safe refuge in the whole area. Other hunters sat nearby, all still trying to deal with what had just happened on the hunt. Wounded, shaken or terrified. A grim and somber cloud hung over everyone, blending into the silence that blanketed the night. On the opposite side on the wooden bench sat Yasmin, her head resting on her hands, looking up at the sky above. The Other was lying beside Eddie’s feet, slowly having their energy return to them. Without Knull’s connection, without a host, their healing took longer. No shared strength to help them.

The Marvel Rivals devs updating the Sleeper plush acessory bio to include Eddie Brock as the parent of Sleeper due to outcry, is the type of passion I wish comic writers/editorials would do with fans.

Now it says Eddie and the symbiote are learning how to be parents for their borb

Chapter 39 of Tendrils Entwined is done and completed and with the horrible state of Venom comics, I'm finding a lot of comfort in this. Your snippet is below. Yes we do love a symbiote in angst.

Pain. Distress. Panic. Terror. Shock. So many strange emotions hit them at once. Emotions they didn't quite understand. Emotions they hadn’t learnt about, only had been told that existed. A distressed howl ripped through the park as they felt the tendril throw them airborne. Away from Eddie, away from everything. Their body slammed hard into the ground, as hunters and Symbiote’s trampled around them. That's when the emotions hit them violently all at once. No, no, NO!

Omg hey I've been self isolating myself like a witch from the internet with that came some downsides to my mental and well this was a place I avoided I guess. (And a lot of other things ive had happen) I also stopped uploading my fic updates here cause of it and I realised well some of you probably check here for updates so...time to right that now

So I present Chapter 38 to Tendrils Entwined (38 chapters of slow burn for who?)

A new day, another living life. It was late in the afternoon and the training sector of Life was for once in full swing. The hustle and bustle of hunters moving to and fro through the facility like ants before a storm. Today was busy for one specific reason. There was a new group of possible recruits. Wannabe hunters taking the next step towards the next big thing. The next generation. None had yet gone through the procedure, that wasn't until they were selected. They would have one day in the group, getting a taste, seeing what it was like. In reality it wasn't just a work experience moment but a test. The older hunters would judge, see if they held potential which would seal their fate. Not all were blackmailed into this job, most willingly seeked it out. From then it was up to them if they wished to proceed with the procedure. That was the true point of no return.

Man, time has gone by so fast and I didnt realize how exactly I was behind with my Venom fic. I'm so sorry for that to those who read it. Oh God, I'm becoming my nightmare. BUT I WONT ABANDON THIS! IM BACK!!

Another night of dreams shape in Eddie's mind. None of the nightmares, just the ongoing twisted dream of them. It continued to play like the next movie in the saga or a new chapter. It shifted and turned, never making sense, but it always moved forwards. Is there a secret pattern or foreshadowing it shows? Or are these all products of what's going on in his life? Hyperfocused on the motions of his life? Still the dreams continued, the dream story of the hunter and the Symbiote on the run.

A specific mask up where the symbiote's tongue wraps around Eddie Brock's jaw as they talk fondly together. This isn't even main universe Venom and I'm digging it.

Its been 3 months and I'm sorry for the lack of update. But here is a sappy big one for you (those still around) and hopefully back to regular monthly updates. With the new Venom host...I have to keep the Eddie and symbiote vibes alive in a comic setting (yes I'm livid and not happy with comics rn)

Anyway here's a snippet!

Eddie watched Scream slowly crawl down the side of the theatre building, much like a spider would, keeping out of the public eye like a shadow. With swift ease they jumped onto the ground before Eddie and placed their hands on their hips. Long tendril hair rippled to their waist in yellow and red, alive and somehow threatening like Medusa. It still left Eddie breathless seeing a human and Symbiote bonded. The form and being they became. It was curious, yet terrifying. “Where did you come from?” Eddie questioned, his heart in his throat at their sudden presence and danger that his body was screaming. “And please don't say things like that. They have enough stupid ideas in their head.” The Symbiote face retracted like a mask as their claws pulled apart their mouth, revealing a grinning human host underneath. “My Symbiote felt something or should I say, we both felt something. A name on the wind, an emotion against us. You'd have to be pretty close to feel it anyway. It was nothing like we’ve felt before.” Andi gave a small snort as she brushed out her messy hair. “You should feel honored, Eddie. Symbiotes just don’t throw their names around.”

If this was Eddie as Venom...seeing the family team up would have been the best comic ever. But atlas. I am completely against MJ as Venom (Which I will not be posting to give it attention) so...at least these interactions are between both symbiotes only. The Other & Sleeper.

In fact there was nothing else good about the issue except the first half.

Bonus: Oh they do mention Eddie and Dylan somewhat.

The Venom Symbiote just confirmed Sleeper and Dylan Brock are brothers. The Brock Family rises.
