There needs to be proof that Loli legitimately went back to Devin after these or else they're trying to harass Kat into giving back a character that's rightfully hers. I don't buy into taking back charas after they were sold, gifted or traded. Once they're with a new owner, they're gone, period. Having rules where you can take back an OC for some reason (excluding circumventing blacklists) is just manipulative and controlling. Here's evidence that Kat owns Loli courtesy of FurArchiver:

I'm going to guess now that people are going to say that because Kat broke his TOS that he was going to take back Loli and report her so she hid him away and that's why they are saying that she doesn't own Loli-because he intented on taking him back. But I stand by what I said before.

So if we all agree that Kat owns Lolli (duress aside) then we can focus on the current/ongoing issue of Kat very happily being an incredibly morally bankrupt person gleefully sharing and taking credit for a character and art that's not hers.

This is not unusual behavior for her. She has a long history of being an all around genuinely, willfully fucked up person.

Don't let her for a second convince you that any of this was a mistake in any capacity. It's all intentional. And she's been caught and recorded trying to back track on her intentional behavior by claiming to have 'forgotten' or 'misunderstand' something. She enjoys exploiting her diabetes as well and has, on countless occasions, claimed to coincidentally be in the hospital because of it whenever she gets caught and confronted about something she's done.

I figure she'll either ignore all of this and continue in her delusion that she's done nothing wrong, or she'll delete the traced art and never apologize and continue on eith life like nothing happened. She's not one to take responsibility for her fuckups, after all. At least, not sincerely. I can't think of a time when an 'apology' from her wasn't just a ploy to get gentler treatment or be completely absolved without any actual growth from her.
