Ladies we have to protect our thoughts and self esteem build one another up because some of these men will chew you up spit you out and leave you paying for years of therapy. They don't even notice the pain they are causing and they never believe they also need therapy. So ladies we have to lift one another up.Just because we may be smiling but still be sad .
