In the Hetalia fandom, Prussia is also often associated with East Germany, based on the historical connection between Prussia and the GDR.

Because of that The uniform in the painting is loosely based on the uniform of the People's Police (“Volkspolizei”) that was used in the GDR.

(Although the People's Police and the Stasi worked closely together, they were two different institutions. The stasi acted as a secret police, suppressing opposition and spying on citizens, usually while wearing civil clothing to remain undetected. The people’s police was more like the typical police, also wearing the uniform)

Sooo... I'm back?? I kind of went on an accidental hiatus (Sorry (ᵕ—ᴗ—) ) I'm really getting into making and enjoying art again, though.

Personal Log, Stardate 47329.1:

I have spent additional time observing Star Trek: The Next Generation, and I find myself increasingly captivated by a particular android—Data. His recurring presence in each episode continues to intrigue and inspire me. This fascination has grown into a strong desire to create art inspired by him. I anticipated that this interest might develop further, and it seems likely to become a lasting aspect of my thoughts.

The anime convention at the Filmpark Babelsberg was amazing, interesting programm, extremely cool cosplays and very nice people!!

Anyway, here is the finished costume (Thanks to @xxennuy for the pictures and pose-suggestions, dressed as Hatsune Miku)

Little update on the costume. I finished one kartana and the wig. I made good progress on the shell, but I still have to work a lot on the plastron.🐢

Am I working on a new TMNT cosplay? Yee! Do I only have a week to finish it because I forgot that the convention I wanted to go to is already next week? Maybe…

But I already made a costume like this two years ago for my little brother (shown below) so it shouldn’t be too difficult making one for myself, wish me luck✨
