you just start having a issue one day literally nobody ever has had, and then you find the solution on your own, and it's also just as cryptic like "you had roblox installed so now notepad doesnt close all the way unless you stop it in task manager leaving a invisible window in the bottom right corner of your screen superimposed over everything not letting you interact with anything on a quarter of the space on screen, you're just gonna have to hold that shit sorry"

(kinda real story by the way on my shitty laptop windows explorer was leaving invisible windows in the middle of my screen not letting me interact with anything behind it and i had to restart it in task manager to make it stop)
