I hate how much I over consume. I spend so much of my life devoted to consumtion of everything.

The use of consumption as a coping mechanism has been a problem I have ignored way too long. I claim I use it as a reward system to help me through the tough days, but really it is enforced guilt. I overconsume, then force myself to work harder to compensate.

It is a broken system because I can’t keep up with the deficit of how much I consume. When you begin a system of personal managment in debt, you will stuggle to get ahead. Because all the boundries are beyond your limitations and made up of unrealistic expectaions.

The danger is not the item being consumed, but the excess and reasoning to why, especially if it is being used to replace the lack of self care. Caffiene for the lack of sleep, sugar for the lasck of enengy, media for the lack of stimulation. Soothing instead of solving.
