I have to rant for a minute
This day in age is such a hard and confusing time. There are so many different views on topics that basic intelligence and HUMANITY is getting lost. Everyone wants to have a say in everyone else’s matter. And I get that you want to be heard, but get all your facts correct, do some research, and just use common sense before speaking your mind. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve run across posts that are based solely on opinions and have no general facts or consensus about the actual topic being talked about. I’m not going to get political on here, because frankly I hate politics with an ever living passion, but there will always be two sides to every story and every topic out there.
I’m that person that looks at the middle ground to make my decisions. Being a researcher and scientist in my everyday work and life makes me look at the bigger picture and to see all the different options out there before making a final choice. But because this day in age you’re either right or wrong, with us or against us, or “just plain ignorant”, no one will be able to come together to get shit done in the world.
There are topics that I agree on completely, for example, equal pay amongst everyone. And there are topics that I do not agree on, like our current president. And you know what? THAT IS MY DAMN DECISION! So please don’t throw your political views, opinions on how you think things to be handled, and other things down my throat.
