Oh, that’s one that’s half written. Though, it also needs to be rewritten. 

He took it remarkably calmly, but thought maybe she hit her head a lot. Banner’s report actually did say she hit her head. But she had a signed comic book for him and  Peggy Carter’s report of the event. And by the time she gets around to telling him the story, she’ll have Tony’s assessment, too, and you know he was the first on the time travel train. 

Mostly, I think, at a certain point even Phil Coulson is like “that’s weird and I’m super confused, but ... welp, okay.”

Sea Changes, part one

Unfortunately running everyday guarantees you're gonna have to deal with the good the bad and the ugly and today was definitely the ugly.

It was sunny and hot ☀️ 🥵

It was cloudy and rainy 🌧️ 🥶

And it was super super windy 💨 🍃

And throughout the 45min I was running I got varying combinations of them all.

How does one prepare for that? I wore 2 coats and gloves and went from being too cold to too hot to worried I was going to be blown away.

THAT is what i woke up to today.  (that’s -67′F).  I get that I live in Canada, and that it’s winter, but this is just a wee much.  

Work, and school are NOT cancelled either.  I wish they were! 

Entering week 5 (month 2) of my workout program.  I am doing Jamie Eason’s Live Fit trainer.  Month one was straight strength training.  Month two adds steady state cardio to the strength training, and month three it becomes H.I.I.T. Cardio with strength training.
