Hey! Today I sat down to make a pattern for making my own underwear. This is so simple and I just used an old fabric that was just laying around without purpose and TADA! now I have my own homemade undies. Zero waste, recycled materials and also a money saver!
On my way to adopt this idea. Brillant!!

Be soft. Do not let the world make you hard. Do not let pain make you hate. Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness. Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree, you still believe it to be a beautiful place.

âFor psychoanalysis, the symptom is not a âdisorderâ, it is a silenced truth that needs to be heard. The symptom includes the paradoxical satisfaction that leads to suffering (âjouissanceâ). Treatment is a dialectical procedure, which brings to the surface the weight of jouissance that words carry. Words encircle the truth without the subject being aware of it. Grasping these two faces of the symptom â language and jouissance â allows the subject to read his story and to make it his again. Then he can let go of a part of his jouissance and become responsible for its remainder in a life that does not necessarily conform to common morality, but is no less lawful for it. The psychoanalyst, having been analysed himself, is one who has detached himself from this fantasmatic jouissance. Free of prejudice, he can then enable the patient to invent his own bespoke response, the one that fits him.â

Low Spoons Cooking
(Iâm making this post for a friend, but I figured some other people might get some use out of it as well.) I know it can be super difficult to find the time and the energy to cook things sometimes. Even just looking up recipes can be super stressful when youâre low on spoons, because everything seems to take so much effort. But please, friends! You should still eat something! D:Â This is a list of sites and blogs that house good, simple, cheap recipes which hopefully will help. Everything is easier if you have a crock pot/slow cooker!Â
http://no-more-ramen.tumblr.com - this site has a âno choppingâ tag and a âcrockpotâ tag for if you really just canât today, and also makes sure to note gluten/nut/egg/dairy and vegetarian/diabetic-friendly recipes! Super awesome!
http://lowspoonsgourmet.tumblr.com - they organize things by spoon number in the tags, from 1 spoon to 7 spoons! Unfortunately their mods arenât 100% consistent on tags BUT it looks like you can find good recipes under either the ârecipeâ tag or the âmod faeâ tag.Â
http://www.budgetbytes.com - This site has a ton of crockpot recipes. Just throw the ingredients in the cooker and walk away, come back whenever!! These recipes have a lot more ingredients than some other ones but you can always ignore half of the list if you donât have them, or substitute.Â
http://allrecipes.com/recipes/157/everyday-cooking/campus-cooking/Â - Campus cooking sites are good too because they specialize in recipes that make a lot of food out of very few ingredients.Â
http://ridiculouslyeasyfood.tumblr.com - not a lot here, but what they do have is really good and easy to make, especially on a budget! Plus, good directions!
The tag âlow spoons foodâ on tumblr itself also has a good number of recipes and advice, from what I can see.Â
Thatâs it for now! If you know of any other good resources or have any feedback, please let me know. Hopefully this helps someone!Â

Flavored Lemonades
I absolutely LOVE lemonades and fresh fruit.  I went to this wonderful cafe, Ms. Dahliaâs Cafe, with one of my best friends in Brooklyn.  I had the best cucumber lemonade in life!  I immediately went on the hunt to find a recipe.  in my search, I came across a great blog, A Beautiful Mess, that has some amazing recipes for lemonades.  I had to share.  So here you go, enjoy, and I WILL POST MY OWN CREATIONSâŠafter the snow melts.
