As an almost 40-year-old woman, I can personally vouch that all serious feminists who were around when I was young were considered “anti-fun” (Enid’s character in Legally Blonde was created to make fun of them) and I’m willing to bet that the label of “anti-fun” has been placed on every woman in history who has gotten even a little too angry about how women are treated. When society’s “fun” is built on exploiting and oppressing women, being “anti-fun” simply means a feminist is getting shit done.
