I need some sort of lester outfit masterlist or smth I can never decide how to draw him
OK so. i have been sifting thru all five books for the past uh. i dont even know how many hours now, but i think i've compiled a full list of his outfits from all the five books! im going to go pass out now and preferably not read another word of bright pdfs for the rest of my life
The Hidden Oracle:
So i hate to burst everybody's bubble right in the first line, but THO is actually where most of his outfits are ever mentioned, so don't get your hopes up too high for the rest of the books- you'll see what i mean
Outfit number one, and the second most iconic apollo fit out there! Let's go!
2. Next we have the second, most iconic, most coveted, and most well known outfit apollo has ever graced before: THE led zeppelin fit
3. CHB outfit! I think the coat mentioned is pretty underrated, would love to see more of it
4. For the final... arc? fight? climax? of THO, he goes back to the led zeppelin shirt and jeans, with the addition of the coat:
Bonus: Accessorizing b4 entering the woods of death
And that's it for THO, onto to TDP!
The Dark Prophecy:
And for TDP we have.... absolutely nothing. I don't know how, and I don't know why, but for some reason there are exactly 0 descriptions of any of Lester's outfits in TDP. It's mentioned that he's wearing jeans at some point, and that he threw up on his shirt (very helpful), but apart from that, there is practically zero mention of his clothes. Very un-Lester like if you ask me. We are given a rather vivid description of Calypso's outfit though, for whatever reason
The Burning Maze:
Again, not those many mentions of his outfits, btu there are a few. I'm beginning to think that rick peaked with the fashion ideas in THO and it went downhill from there

I spent an unnecessary amount of time combing through this one, not because I was unable to figure out where they mentioned any of his clothes, but more because TTT is my favorite one and I got sidetracked too many times
TTT's outfit is........ a toga. That's it. That's all we get. boo
(if you guys are wondering why ttt has so little mentions of his clothes, it's because he's shirtless for most of it bc of the whole stomach wound thing. it's kind of sad)
The Tower of Nero
Ratty percy clothes are BACK in fashion let's GOOOO
2. Next up: THE OLIVE TEE !!!!!!!! SCREAMS AND CLAPS. Honestly I think that this one might be the third most iconic, so the hot pink camo pants are getting demoted down to fourth

And that's it! Apart from his visits to all of his friends, where he goes as Lester, these are pretty much all the outfits I could find! I'm not sure if these are all of them, because that would require a full thorough rereading, so if anyone knows any more, feel free to add to this!
I also remember he pulled on a long sleeve shirt of some kind in TTT to cover his purple veins as they went to fight tarquin. (I headcanon this as the red hoodie)
Hate to break it to everyone (including myself) but there is apparently no mention of the famous red/orange hoodie🥲
