Frazetta is the one artist I’ll argue with someone about if they use his stuff as an example of how terrible the problem of women’s costumes in art are. Because while there’s definitely a problem, he just hated giving the subjects of his are clothing at all. Period. Full stop. He was alright with helmets and I think he had a thing for big, chunky belts but other than that everyone was as nude as he could get away with and still sell the art.
