The Hon’ble Supreme Court NEET UG 2024

Examination on the following grounds.

✅ There is No Material to show a Systematic Breach.

✅ Supreme Court says there is no material to show that the sanctity of the entire exam has been affected.

✅ Directing a fresh NEET Exam would have serious consequences such as: 1. Destruction of Admission Schedule to medical courses. 2. It would affect the course of Medical Education. 3. Impact on the availability of medical professionals. 4. Serious element of disadvantage to marginalized students.

✅ The leak of NEET UG paper 2024 is not in dispute.

✅ The Supreme Court has accepted the report of the IIT Delhi. Accordingly, the Court directs NTA to revise the result of the NEET UG 2024 on the basis of option 4 for Question 19.

✅ At the present stage there is the absence of material on record sufficient to lead to the conclusion 1. That the result of the exam was less effective (or) 2. There was a systemic breach in the sanctity of the exam.

✅ The Court concludes the NEET UG 2024 Matter.
