Sketched two old World of Darkness characters of mine:

Arthur Langley -- Daeva Vampire Ringmaster of Langley's Cirque Diabolique: The Greatest Show Unearthed. Arthur took the view that being a vampire was a massive cosmic joke; you could either deny that and join the Invictus or the Lance or whomever, or you could embrace it and find a place in his circus. Nearly every member of his circus was a vampire who Arthur found at the end of their rope, waiting for their last sunrise, whom a gave a reason to keep (un)living as a performer in the Cirque Diabolique.

"Arthur Langley" was also a sort of Dread Pirate Roberts thing: Arthur was not the first Arthur, nor was he the last Arthur. The name and role were passed from one vampire to another when an appropriate heir could be found.

Javier "Jack" Ochoa -- Summer Court Changeling. A literal chandelier, hung from the ceiling and set alight by his Fairy. Jack's life was basically one big tragedy after another, first losing the memory of the only man he loved when he escaped the Fairy world, then losing a bunch of his freehold to a different Fairy on his watch as Summer King. He'd quickly spiral into depression and eventually maybe-maybe-not was killed by his Fetch.
