The SanSan Writers Guild is an inclusive community for the SanSan fandom's amazingly talented writers. The discord server is a safe, SanSan-focused place to dream with, create with, encourage, and support other writers! A few server features:

Writing bot: The WritingBot creates fun writing challenges, asks questions about your story, keeps track of your writing goals, and even offers inspirational quotes and reassurance.

Writing sprints: Write with friends and challenge yourself to dedicate time to writing, editing, or just dreaming about your story.

SanSan Russian Roulette | Summer 2021

The SanSan Writers Guild is proud to host SanSan Russian Roulette—a writing event where participants provide a prompt and are randomly assigned a prompt to fill in return. Many thanks to @maroucia for her help in spearheading!

How it works

Submission Open (29 May-12 June)—Prompt submissions will be open for two weeks. Anything goes—modern AU, canonverse, any and all tropes. The sky's the limit!

By 15 June—Maroucia will randomly assign each participant a prompt. She will post all the prompt fills to Tumblr, so be sure to keep an eye out to see what prompt you receive.

By 31 July—Fill your prompt (at least 500 words)! For multi-chapter fics, you’ll only need to have posted the first chapter. You can post sooner than this, but please have your prompt filled by this day.

Rules

If you submit a prompt, you must be willing to fill a prompt too. Please do not submit a prompt if you're not participating!

Submit only one prompt.

Your prompt fill should be at least 500 words. You can post to any platform you choose (AO3, FF.net, Tumblr, Twitter, etc.).

Sandor ‘The Hound’ Clegane may soon be experiencing his ‘fifteen minutes of fame’ when his picture is featured on the front page of the newspaper. Later, Beric shares a drink with Sandor in the same bar as Sansa and her friends when Sansa finds herself being saved by Sandor Clegane just like he used to save her back in Kings Landing. Will Sansa finally be able to spark the memory in Sandor’s mind of their kiss from so long ago?
