And so a few weeks became a few months!
Life doesn’t always turn out how we expect. When I started on my hiatus in March, I was sure I wanted to come back to Tumblr. Now, I know I’m ready to move on. The blog will stay, but I will go. Spending this time away has been good, and I feel like soon I’ll be ready to enter a new season of my life. If I’m being honest, these past few months have been full of many highs and many lows. I’ve had a few disappointments that made me feel like I was taking ten steps back and zero steps forward. I still haven’t fully bounced back from them, but I think I’m starting to see the end of the tunnel. Just as summer turns to autumn, I hope that this time of challenges will turn into something really good. Fingers crossed!
A few months ago, I stumbled upon this quote. I’ve never been able to find the exact source, but forgive me this once:

This is my wish for me, but it’s also my wish for all of you. I mean, I’ve had this blog for nearly six years! I grew up here with all of you and I’m grateful for every sousenkyo we watched together, every new release we looped until we got sick of it, every graduation we cried over, every drama we obsessed over, every new kpop group we got into, all of it. I love you all and I want you to be so happy.
I know that not many people are still active on here anymore, but I wanted to say a proper thanks for all of the good times. This community has always meant so much to me. If you still want to keep in touch, let’s definitely do that! I’m still active in a few other places: MyDramaList (I write articles sometimes! You should check them out!) Twitter (I started using twitter back in December, I don’t think it’s a forever thing, but as of right now I’m enjoying it! So please come find me and say hey if you want <3)
