I continued to tell my story at Open Arms Seventh Day Baptist Church. I reviewed the section that was not recorded in part one and continued to discuss the other areas of my activities that I used to stay healthy.

Having two heart attacks has really been a blessing. It is now 12 years since the first heart attack and 7 years since the second one. I am not on medications and I thank God each day for the choice I made then. I shared my story at the Open Arms Seventh Day Baptist Church in an interactive session. Parts 2, 3, and 4, will follow soon and you will want to hear the conversation and my story.

Thank God for the chance to tell my story at the Open Arms Seventh Day Baptist Church in Toronto Canada. It was indeed a blessing to share and have the interactive conversations with nurses who are knowledgeable in the topic at hand. We are sorry that video did not start at the beginning. I will do a review of the beginning when part 2 is done.
