Just woke up from a teaching stress dream to end all teaching stress dreams

nearing a breakdown yesterday b/c of the heat + humidity* so today's weather has been so miraculous. I'm wearing jeans and a cardigan rn. That's all I ever wanted

I can't remember the exact provenance of the post b/c it was 10 years ago at this stage but someone made a post with a loose recipe for what I think of as depression egg sandwich, but make it fancy. Thank you to that person. The amount of times depression egg on toast has saved my life, when no one else got me etc etc. The original recipe is, if I remember correctly, fried egg, feta cheese, rocket, & maybe hummus on toast. That's it. A simple, dignified meal; works for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And very adaptable: to wit, I had it tonight with roasted peppers and halloumi in place of the greens and feta respectively.
