Recipe Ingredients
1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
How To Step
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
Toss in the vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth, sugar, and sesame oil. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
