I’m not as versed in this world as Admin Summers is, so forgive me if I say something inaccurate regarding the sexualities!
Pein/Yahiko/Uzumaki Nagato
Pein is asexual, because…he’s Yahiko’s dead body. Now in life, Yahiko considered himself really straight but could be considered bicurious. He’d have dreams of sex with a man, which confused him at first (since he felt attraction to Konan), but before he could make a decision he died.
Nagato is demisexual! He also feels gender shouldn’t get in the way of attraction to someone, and is open to all genders as a result.
Pretty straight, although has lesbian fantasies. I would say bicurious but Konan would have for sure experimented if it wasn’t for the war.
Bisexual, but doesn’t talk about it much. He’s attracted to gendernormative male and female persons - more traditional he is - but he is open to both. While he considered Shisui his best friend, Itachi doesn’t deny he did feel attraction towards him as he grew older. It sort of had to do with how Shisui influenced his life so selflessly.
Itachi is intensely attracted to women with a classic style and air about them. If they’re down the earth the better. He loves the mysterious beauty feminine women have.
At first Kisame was straight because that’s all he knew. Once he was introduced to different sexualities though, he began to look deeper. He stumbled upon some material about transsexuality and found himself wanting to know more, which led him to read about trans persons and genderqueer persons. He found that level of knowing oneself to be admirable and very attractive, finally reaching skoliosexuality.

At first I was like, “Oh yeah, Sasori-sweetie is totally asexual. I mean, he threw out his dick for goodness sake!” But then I got thinking…before he puppet-fied himself, he was probably sapiosexual but so self-absorbed in the fact that he was a genius that he felt he couldn’t find anyone up to snuff for him. As he neared his goal of being a puppet, being so consumed in himself made him almost autosexual, as he’s a beautiful beautiful man damnit if I was as beautiful as him I’d be autosexual however he lost interest in sex and eventually became asexual once becoming a puppet.
I would call Deidara autosexual actually. He’s so incredibly vain. And unlike Sasori, I can see him for real sexually attracted to his own self.
If we wanted to look past his vanity and say he was interested in others, he’s a pretty heteroflexible guy, pansexual even. Likes his women because they challenge him (if they’re feisty) more than men, but feels that having sexual relations with a man isn’t something to push away. He’s also open to banging with other genders. I mean, it’s sex. Deidara doesn’t turn this down. EVER (unless it’s art appreciation time).
Let’s just say Kakuzu has had a hard time ever since Hidan stomped into his life (unwillingly). His partner’s attempts to irk Kakuzu - telling him he’s gay for helping him (Hidan) out- lead him to wonder if he was truly straight, which led to him stealing a gay porn magazine (he didn’t want to pay for that shit duh), which led him to find out that yeah…Kakuzu is pretty damn straight.
He tried to give the magazine to Itachi at one point but the Uchiha burned it.
IMO the Jashinist faith is chaste. But Hidan is still young and has sexual impulses. Deep down, he really is only sexually attracted to someone if he is very close with them. Yup, Hidan is demisexual - because it means the person is willing to put up with him and possibly even become a Jashinist. For Hidan that is the biggest attraction right there.
Tobi is Fictosexual. Deidara gave him a bunch of comic books to keep him occupied, unknowing that they were actually manga porn. Tobi doesn’t believe that stuff actually happens between two people, so he only feels real attraction to the people in the comics as he doesn’t realize it’s his sex drive kicking in.
Obito is…straight. Sorry. It’s the whole Rin thing.
White Zetsu is openly gay, while Black Zetsu denies it. Once this argument starts it won’t end for a couple of hours.
