Someone reported my listing for the "Bridgerton" trademark, which belongs to Netflix. Netflix confirmed the report and my listing was removed - with no right to appeal. While thousands of other Bridgerton rebind listings on the same platform have been selling for years.

I don't sell the text. I sell customization of an official, licensed copy. I don't use AI, I don't use any identity or branding that belongs to Netflix.

The paintings on my page edges are my own original fan art - inspired by the book, not the show. While other sellers on Etsy use recognizable motifs and faces from the series. But they don't get strikes. I don't make thousands of dollars. Sometimes I barely break even. I pay my taxes. I do my work with quality, on time, and honestly. I put my soul and heart into every piece - hours of work and the best materials I can find.

And now my shop is under threat of removal. I'm upset and angry.
