admittedly , it took her a bit longer than it should have for her to find the chapstick , but once she does a proud expression forms on her face until she realizes she doesn’t exactly know what to do. “ so, i think i’m supposed to just put some on the zipper and it’ll work like magic ? maybe i should look this up on google first . “

“Whatever you think will work,” Hana insisted giving way too much faith to a stranger but with no other choice. It seemed like the chapstick should slick the zipper up and make it easier for her hair to be freed with minimal damage. Hana just wished that she actually liked the dress more because now she had to buy it if she was going to cover it in chapstick and chunks of hair. 

It’d been a while since she’d seen Marty and even longer since the two had actually hung out for more than a couple brief moments when their lives crossed paths. Maybe it was because of the time of year or Hana’s particular mood that the last time they bumped into each other she actually did make an effort to keep in touch and asked Marty to coffee. Spring was just around the corner and eventually the girl needed to form a social life again. Complaining about it being too cold all the time wasn’t going to work for much longer. Besides hanging out with Marty was never a bad time. The girl was just as wild and beautiful as the flowers that grew on the hill they used to sneak off to at lunch to smoke weed and make up shapes in the clouds they didn’t actually see. 

Hana arrived early to the coffee shop and purchased a lavender latte and a strawberry scone before tucking herself in a cozy little corner. Hana made herself comfortable as she pulled out her current knitting project as she waited for her drink to cool and her friend to arrive.

Wyatt is just getting ready to leave the dressing room area when he’s stopped suddenly by the sound of a frantic-sounding voice. He pauses in place, head turning so that he can peer in the direction he’d heard her call from. “Uh — I guess it depends on what you need help with? Not to assume the worst, but there are some pretty questionable sounds coming from in there.” He’s kind of joking. Kind of.

“Ew, you perv. I’m decent my hair’s just stuck in this zipper,” she explained before unlocking her dressing room door to reveal her predicament. This man didn’t seem like the most willing helpful hand but there was nowhere else around she didn’t want to have to shout any louder than she already did. The last thing she wanted was for a scene to form over this silly mistake.

after searching the store for what seemed to be hours , callista had finally come to the realization that she probably wasn’t going to find what she needed . just as she was about to leave she heard a voice that seemingly called out for help , her curiosity getting the best of her as she decides to go check out what’s going on ; however, she immediately regrets it as she takes a tiny peek into the dressing room , unconsciously letting out a sharp gasp . “ damn ,  maybe i should’ve asked my mom to come along . uh , do you happen to have any lube with you ? or chapstick … i think that’s what my mom used to get my hair out of the couch one time . “

“I don’t have any lube with me,” Hana admitted with a bit of a laugh. “My backpack’s right there though. I think I’ve got a chapstick or at least a lipgloss somewhere in there she said motioning to the bag that sat on top of her pile of clothes. She would’ve grabbed for it herself if every time she moved didn’t cause her to rip out some hair from her head. 

          he was looking around the store, fingertips moving against items as he moved through the racks. he had come to purchase some sweaters, just to up the collection in his closet, as he always liked to have different outfits to show off. he heard someone call out, raising his eyebrow for moment. he walked over, “ah…i don’t work here, but is everything okay in there?”

“Not exactly,” Hana admitted. It wasn’t a job necessary for an employee though she felt bad making some poor shopper help her out. “I’m just a little stuck,” she explained before walking and unlocking the dressing room door to reveal her tangled hair caught in the zipper. “I can’t really reach the zipper and I got a haircut just last week.”
