If shipping is more expensive than that and you are a winner, I will still send it to you, but I’ll need you to pay the shipping difference. Apologies for the inconvenience! I don’t want to exclude anyone who wants them, especially if they’re overseas and can’t get to NA conventions to buy, but I once had a giveaway winner whose shipping costs were over $110, and I can’t have a repeat of that!
