Yes but ALSO even before then. When you get to the room with the first ash wraith, there's a statue of Andraste there in the center, with a lot of candles in front. Two wings on either side both lead to the same subsequent door.
On one side, there are statues of an avvar person who Sten remarks as "not being able to tell if they are male or female." This person is wearing a wolf cowl over their head. Their statues go all the way through the wing.
On the other, there is what looks very much like an elven arcane warrior wielding a blade, a shield, and wearing robes. Again, the statues go all the way up the wing on that side.
The avvar person is on Andraste's right hand side.
The arcane warrior is on Andraste's left hand side.
I've got my theories that Havard (the avvar guy who carried Andraste's ashes to the Temple of Sacred Ashes) has something to do with Dirthamen, and Maferath (Havard's bestie, pre betrayal) with Falon'din.
It makes me wonder if the avvar is Havard, Maferath, or someone else we don't know.
It makes me wonder if Shartan is the arcane warrior. After all, it would make sense for Shartan to be the very first ever left hand of the central figure of what would become the Andrastian faith.
Nevermind the statues of Mythal from the minute you walk in the door, the dragon imagery everywhere (including on the urn), the association with Andraste and dragons, her ashes still being warm ~1050 years later, the repeated references to sorrows, wellsprings, and the pride of the Maker's children throughout the Chant of Light...
Oh, and a codex about Korth and how his heart was split from his body, kinda like all those "the Evanuris and the Old Gods are all sundered versions of the same seven beings" theories hypothesize. 😳 That, I do have screencaps for!
Utter madness for them to include all this in 2009. Seriously. 😭
