Summer Trombone Workshop 2020 is not only about trombone. STW takes a holistic approach to the craft that will give you the tools YOU need to succeed. This year we are joined for two sessions by an INCREDIBLE athlete! David Charbonneau competed internationally in the Crossfitt Games and is a coach at Crossfit Queens. David has been writing individual exercise programs for top tier athletes for years. During his STW sessions we will learn how to properly scale workouts to individual needs, beginner through advanced. David will demonstrate a few at-home exercises that use no special equipment and will lead us in a live workout. Fun will be had by all!
