most of you are (reasonably) skimming over that post or just looking at the screenshots but its somehow so much worse than it already seems.

learning that long covid bisexual guy was a well respected and well known blogger on here is an experience. maybe he was otherwise smart but his thoughts on gender and sexuality do no paint a good picture of him or people who took him seriously.

okay so going through all of the blogs on the post and they're all at best centrist libs and at worst blatant reactionaries. dont even need to go far either. the first post for all of these blogs is "centrism is good actually," ranting about communists, or zionism. so long covid bisexual guy is in good company, but its near impossible to give devon price the benefit of the doubt for reblogging this three year old post with barely over a hundred notes. thats not a post which comes back on your dash every once in a while. thats one that if you want to reblog it years later you need to go out of your way to look for, which is notoriously hard to do on this site. what precisely makes you decide to go searching for a post that starts out complaining about egg culture, already not great, and ends with rants about "transggendereds" and someone citing the fucking kinsey scale other than anti trans politics? not giving a shit? i doubt theres an answer that doesnt reflect poorly on price.

kind of insane seeing the extent to which some transmascs are willing to sandbag and outright lie about phalloplasty and tell other transmascs that if they have bottom dysphoria they're doomed just so they can whine about the "misogyny" of how "underdeveloped" phallo is in order to implicitly cast trans women in the role of men

seeing "protect the action figures" as a response to "Protect the dolls" is maybe the most insulting thing I've ever seen, to both trans men and trans women.

First of all, the term "protect them dolls" exists because trans women, and especially trans women of color, are killed disproportionally. you are literally "all lives matter"-ing this. Secondly, can we stop this stupid fucking trend of giving gay/trans men the worse version of something that already exists for women?
