I can never take the IC or those who backed them religiously seriously. Like, 2/3 of your court/home can't even stand you and you want to get mad that a teenage girl was behaving like a teenage girl? Then again, everything is in Feyre’s perspective and even when we did have Nesta’s and SJM had the opportunity to bring more nuance to the life during their terribly poverty stricken days to explore what each sister contributed, its never fully done. Feyre hunting for meat was the end all be all. Not cooking or cleaning or ensuring their clothing lasted or socialising to get them out of it. For some reason none of the sisters even got a little job. Tutoring, farming, being a bloody florist, maid, an apprentice...nothing? Their background is so underwhelming in those focused years. Like, don't they have actual family that *exist* to aid or be taken in or work for like the fake story to explain Feyre’s absence initially?
