this is the funniest thing I’ve seen in weeks

everyone tits out with a parasol is such a beautiful world to imagine that the fact it doesnt currently exist fills me with equal parts fire and misery

feminism has backslid so hard in recent years people don't even know what free the nipple means anymore

And the fact that not wearing a bra is so discouraged and stigmatized that people think the movement was about being able to go braless under your shirt in public rather than about being able to not wear a shirt at all says a lot about how far we've backslid in the past decade

Law enforcement for sure wouldn't abuse something like this :)

This doesn’t make the whole thing less dystopian, nor even very much less cyberpunk. But we should be clear on the details.

A little forsight sent from... The Twilight Zone.

I disabled this feature and was actually surprised by how much faster my laptop became. My computer is only a couple of years old but this one feature was just sucking so much life out of it behind the scenes. I'd hate to see how much an older computer would be affected. AI features that we don't want are just the absolute worst. They don't make anything better. It was actively making my computer run slower and hotter.
