Taking another shot at Gulliver's Travels-- except FFXIV! That's the Crystarium guard and Lyna up there, but not actually them. This is sort of an alternate reality kinda deal where there are familiar places and faces, but the people are different.

Anywho, I may continue doing random little bits from this in the future! 😊

g/t and macro/micro at the end of the day are both about control. it’s inherently about power dynamics. the content people chose to create from that is what makes it sfw or not.

and i know from the outside perspective, most people assume all size differences are inherently kinky. ik the sfw community fights tooth and nail to prove they’re nonsexual. but that does not mean nsfw enjoyers are the enemy.

and obviously sfw spaces are important for minors. that feels obligatory to mention bc i know if i wont somebody else will.

but i’m talking about a general 18+ space where sfw and nsfw can coexist. it’s like people are scared to enjoy macro/micro and/or they’re embarrassed to enjoy content parallel to that material. so they point and judge others, which puts us in this horrible little loop.

There are people in the sfw community that feel that NSFW is imposed on them and cannot hold their space to their standard. And from what I've understood, this ranges from simply reblogging one's SFW work from a NSFW account, which leads to getting inappropriate comments and asks that make the original creators uncomfortable.

This, to be clear, is not my personal experience, at least the getting inappropriate comments bit. But I have caught people not tagging their work appropriately so someone that wants to curate their dashboard still get 'jumpscared'.

Is there an argument to be made that we could be more proactive in pushing a more respectful culture? (Warnings- Tags- etc)

Yes.

Doesn't mean that it's not warranted to ask for respect though. Most of the time I've found just DM:ing people and being nice about it solves 90% of issues. The last 10% that are trolls you should always just block.
