It kills me how many people chose to ignore Jay and only focus on Joey and her *PoWErfUL lOvE stORy wITh TiM*. Like fr, have we seen the same show ?

Jay deserves more recognition and it's upsetting that his issues and his story are overlooked. Plus, it's frustrating that Joey is often only paid attention to because of her relationship with Tim. There is no love story between them, period. He witnessed what happened to her and didn't defend her when he had the chance to. He let Luke and George do that to her out of pettiness when she was literally calling out for him, pleading for him to help her.

Unfortunately that's how it is in real life. So many rapists are barely held accountable for what they do and it is rare when justice is actually served.

literally one of my favourite scenes of joey is when she finds out what's in that guy's bag at the cinema and she's all giddy and you just see her little head jumping around on the screen like "guess guess guess gUess GuEss!!!!!" she's the cutest fucking thing ever
