I’m not a big Sheaffer pen fan, but when I saw their Star Wars line of very affordable pens ($15), the nerd in me had to act. It’s not a very good pen; granted I have good hand days and bad, but I just didn’t like the feel of the nib against the paper. (Today was a fair to middling hand day, so forgive the poor penmanship.) If you’re looking for a good novelty pen, it’s okay, but don’t expect much. No converter and proprietary cartridges. The Cross Star Wars line looks stunning but I’ve always found Cross to be ridiculously overpriced for an average pen. Maybe I’ll try switching nibs.
