Manic episode #1: I just pierced my ears

AU where you are best friends with a mob boss but you don't know they are a mob boss. And lets say you made them sandwichs at like a restaurant or something and like you were the one person to ever make like the perfect food for them and they cared about you because of that or something. But like imagine having a second job in retail and you are complaining about an annoying coworker or two and you angrily yelled once you wished they were just dead and then shortly after those coworkers are just suddenly aren't there anymore. Like up and disappeared.... Would you be suspicious?
