This memory came back to me and I’m kinda curious what strangers think.

When I was in the 9th or 10th grade I had a girlfriend for the first time and that day a female friend named brook came to me and asked if we could stay friends. Me and brook debated constantly so it was more or less a friendship biased on exploring someone’s views that are very different from our own. The last guy my then girlfriend dated was friends with brook (not like I was but just friends) and she pressured or asked him not to hang out with her.

Jump forward about a month and I get a call late from my then girlfriend about another female friend I had. Her name was Emilee and she was my childhood best friend’s girlfriend at the time and even now many years later. We had similar tastes in comedy and the three of us would share lunch together every now and again. I had final period with Emilee and it was laid back so I would crack jokes with Emilee.

My girlfriend told me Emilee was flirting with and into me. That was simply not the case and it was very clearly not but she was so convinced it was the case and I spent 40 minutes talking to her about it not being the case, not that her feelings were invalid but that she really did have nothing to worry about.

Hey! The Ranma 1/2 brain worms have been eating me alive and so I made this fic about Kashmir realizing how messed up Ranma’s life is and her trying to help him and comfort him.
