I realize that much of my distress and the battle between my past and present comes from the fact that, before, on autopilot, I thought I knew what the future would look like. Everything was predictable. Work, drawing, and my own interests until I grew tired of one and moved on to another, always knowing the next day would be exactly the same. I planned everything out and was certain of what would happen, very blindly, to be honest.
What am I going to do now? I had already planned everything in my productivity apps. I was ready to finally become better!!!
Then my mental breakdown came, and my days spent hospitalized in a psychiatric ward. Not only this happened once, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder on the second time. I literally lost my mind for 3 nights. My faith, family and nurses were my rock, because I had became... nothing. An experience beyond anything I would have ever expected for my life. An experience that brought me closer to God, and distanced me from my own plans.
I was afraid of the dark, of the devil, of my own company, of my bed, my room, and of what I might be capable of doing, because it is possible to lose control of the mind... I felt that in my own skin. I do not wish it for anyone!
Now I see that my clarity of mind each day is a miracle in itself.
My final message to this fandom that I grew up with:
Always ask yourself "how am I doing today?" and don't rely on apps, books, movies, fandom, fics, drawings, jobs, to live YOUR life fully, even in the smallest of tasks! Life is beautiful. But I could not see it how much on my own. Asking for help it is to live a true freedom. And that's why I can finally say I'm happier than ever.

Hi! Welcome to my HP fanfic collection. I became an HP fanfic reader in 2005 and then writer in 2006. I took an almost decade break in 2012 but put my toes back into the waters now and then to respond to comments or make a post on LJ. I came back into fandom full force in June 2021 when I signed up for HP_fan_fair. H/D, HPDM, or Drarry has always been my OTP, but Scarry is my second. But I also love to write the rare-pair now and then along with gen short stories. I've separated my fics out by my writing era and then by ship.
All of my fics are individually rated and have warnings. However, we did rate and tag things differently back in the day, so if you think I should add a warning or tag, send me a message. I assure you, there were no bad intentions involved.
My Drabbles can be assumed to be G to PG, unless otherwise noted. I love writing drabbles and I hope that some readers will take the time to look at a few of them. *g*

The Azkaban Letters This fic was started in 2007 and picked back up in 2023 and completed in 2025.
Summary: Harry and Dracoās lives are headed in two different directions. One is destined for death or glory, while the other is going to Azkaban. Harry needs answers, and he goes to visit his Slytherin nemesis while being held for trial. The meetings in a barren, white cell changes Harryās life. He learns the beginnings of his rich family history that had been denied him. And that there's much more to fight for than just ridding the world of Voldemort. HBP compliant.
Note: This fic was started before HPDH was released. It is canon divergent after HBP. This fic has two Main Pairings and both are treated with respect and will have a happy ending. What Doesn't Happen in Venice Stays In... (Autumn 2024) written for @hd-fan-fair's H/D Muggle Fair (2024) (self-prompt of Honeymoon gone awry) I started this fic in 2009 and it stayed in my WIP folder until now! Yay for completing works started.
Summary: After a whirlwind year of dating, Harry and Draco are getting married. Never mind that their friends and every reader of the Daily Prophet disapprove of their being together. But ignoring all of them, they believe in each other. Draco, on his part, gleefully takes on planning their honeymoon. The week they were to spend in Venice was scheduled down to the hour. It was perfect, according to Draco. But we all know what happens to the best laid plans. Will their marriage survive the first day? Will friendships with others ever recover? Will there be a happy ending? Of course, there will be, but hold on for the ride.

The Supergrass (Valentine's 2024) written for HP Sapphic's Valentines (prompt Auror/Criminal)
Summary: For the past year, Auror Hermione Granger has been coming monthly to Sister Hildegard's Wellness Emporium (attached to St Mungo's) for her Healer-ordered full-body massage because of work-induced stress and injuries. It was the perfect cover for meeting with the DMLE's main supergrass, Pansy Parkinson, who was now a trained masseuse thanks to the Ministry's Criminal Rehabilitation Act. An Act that Hermione Granger had pushed for through her connections at the Wizengamot. A contractual promise was made to Pansy that after one year, if her information led to the arrests and convictions of wanted Dark Wizards, her court-ordered probationary period of ten years for supporting Voldemort and those that served him, would be reduced to time already served. She would be free from all Ministry restrictions.
Today, Valentine's Day, is their last meeting.
Note: Supergrass is a British slang term for an informant who turns King's evidence, often in return for protection and immunity from prosecution.

The first 5 chapters of this fic were written in 2009. I finally completed the final 2 chapters in 2023. In addition, the amazing Ihopeyoustaysafefromharm Illustrated this fic (FTH). This fic is a lot of fun and filled with Father Christmas Cheer!

Terminal Lucidity (Autumn 2023) written for hd_career-fair
Summary: Harry leaves his Auror position when his dreams drive him to a new profession. One that brings peace to the soul before Death arrives.
This is one of my shortest but probably on of most impactful fics. It was written for gnarf and deals with caring for someone at the end of their life (not Harry or Draco). Harry is the Master of Death.
Rating: Gen Wordcount: 3.2K Warnings: MCD. Enticements: Harry and Draco become a couple later in life. In this fic, they are probably in their early 50s and have merged their families. The whole family will miss their beloved Nana Narcissa.

The Roommate (Winter 2022) written for @hd-erised
PODFIC of the Roommate, (Autumn 2024) narrated by the fabulous Cailynwrites (AO3). Honestly this is a gem. 4 1/2 hours.
Summary: After one year in Azkaban and two years of home arrest, Draco is going off to college. Myrrdin College is Oxfordās magical college, where one Harry Potter is currently attending. Both are going for their teaching certificates with Draco specialising in Potions and Harry in Defence Against the Dark Arts. The Headmistress has insisted all incoming professors must be degreed. However, the Board of Governors insist that Draco also must live in a Muggle house with limited allowance and take Muggle elective courses before he can become Hogwarts' new Potions Professor. Harry is coerced by others into helping Draco Malfoy survive in the Muggle world.
This is a soft fic. I wouldn't say fluffy as there are major subjects discussed and dealt with but angst between the two is not present. Harry's goal is to make Draco fall in love with the Muggle world...and he might have succeeded to well. So wrap yourself up in the warm blanket of The Roommate, oh and Scamp the cat, too!.

Eight Days a Week (Summer 2022) written as a chapter fic...just because.
Summary: This is foremost a love story and second it's about those growing up years. Becoming adults with adult lives and adult decisions.
Yes, Harry's a Trainee-Auror and Draco's a Healer-in-Training after the war. Yes, Harry eventually moves into 12 Grimmauld Place. And, yes, attraction happens between Harry and Draco and they fall in love, but then there's more. Draco is now free from Voldemort, free from fear of going to Azkaban, free from his Father's beliefs, and free to be the person, the witch, the woman she always felt she should be. And for Harry, itās time to lose the shackles of his childhood and discover who he really is and whatās truly important in life. This story begins one year or so after the Battle at Hogwarts and follows their relationship faithfully for two years. The final chapter will take place later in their lives.
This is a positive transition story without body dysphoria, but will contain moments where prejudice and slights arise. This story is categorized as M/F.

Summary: Harry and Ginny Potter live in a cottage in Hogsmeade. The previous owner was their eldest son James Sirius Potter, but he now lives in the home he grew up in, 12 Grimmauld Place. The switch happened years before, when his third child came along, and the cottage was too small for the family and Grimmauld Place was too large for his parents. How Draco Malfoy fit into his parents lives he wasnāt quite sure. James did know that his brother and brother-in-law were the instigators of the situation, though. When they became friends in the House of Slytherin, eventually their parents did too. After the death of Astoria, Draco was known to bring a friend, always a different friend, to family occasions. Then after a decade or so he would just show up alone. When his parents moved into the Hogsmeade cottage, so did Draco Malfoy.

After storming out of the Ministry swearing never to come back, but before he lifts his wand for the Knight Bus outside of the Leaky Cauldron on his quest for a normal life, thereās a kiss in the Slytherin boysā dormitories. Draco Malfoy is recovering from his wifeās death. But is happy with his Ministry position as Temporary Head of the Department of Intoxicating Substances, and with his son who he adores. This all changes quickly when Minister Shacklebolt decides not to run for another term. The assumption is that 'all is well' in the British Magical world, and that Hermione Granger-Weasley will easily be voted in as the next Minister for Magic. However, Draco knows better. He knows she has a strong competitor who is wooing those who live in Knockturn. HD-Wireless 2024 Rec: Too Good At Raising Hell by Anon
Yes, I'm still around but barely these days. However, I had to pop-in and rec this fic! Too Good At Raising Hell by Anon written for @hd-wireless had me with the Author's notes of: Well, this was a fucking blast! I knew exactly what kind of fic I wanted to write the second I heard this song. I was hungry for an action-packed Drarry where everyone is a little unhinged, a little wild, a little messy. A story about love in the moments between madness.
Needless to say, the author delivered and then some in 87.6K words.
Here's the summary: When Harry Potter walks into Dracoās nightclub looking like trouble, Draco canāt stop staring. He really ought to train his dick not to react so enthusiastically to red flags, but where would be the fun in that?
The premise of the fic is that Draco owns a nightclub but the owner of the building is the underground boss of the wizard world in the UK. The boss's twin brother used to own the club but is in Azkaban and is not happy with Draco. He used to be Draco's dealer. Now Draco is drug-free and running his reporter-banned nightclub. He's skimming profits off the top to one day buyout the building from the big boss and be done with the shady business (he's laundering money for him). But after a few years, he's bored despite the pretty boys on his lap and the best liquors he drinks nightly. He's bored until Greg, his head security guy, bops in and says that the reclusive BAMF Harry Potter has made an entrance. That's all I'm telling about the plot. LOL Just buckle up and go for the ride of your life.
The action writing for the fight and flight scenes is some of the best I've ever read in Drarry fanfic (and I've been around a very long time). Both Harry and Draco are on the morally grey side and its all messy and wonderful. However, the plot is not messy but is tight and will have you guessing. Believe me I was hitting that Next Chapter until wee in the morning. The sex scenes are beyond hot and a bit lovely with moments of intimacy. The ending is divine. Greg and Blaise are both featured, too.

āItās Potter.ā
Dracoās heart rate tripled. āNo!ā he gasped. āHeās here?ā
āJust through security. Heading for the bar.ā
Draco released an undignified exclamation of excitement and punched Greg in his meaty arm. āThis ought to be good.ā
He pushed past Greg, straightening his trousers and the drape of his shirt with a swipe of his hand. He fished his wand from his pocket to mutter a spell at the mess left by Ethanās rutting before leaning over the railing, looking down on the pulsing club below. The tightly packed bodies on the dance floor writhed and swayed, bathed in the colourful, ever-changing lights. There was more skin on display than clothingābeautiful people as far as the eye could see, but Draco had no trouble skipping across the sea of strangers to find him.
And there he was, just as Greg promised, huddled next to two other blokes by the bar, a shot in one hand and a pint in the other.
Harry Potter.
Dracoās hands tightened on the railing as he bit down on a grin. It was like glimpsing a unicorn, right here in the middle of Dracoās club!
Potter sightings were rare. The Prophet threw around words like ārecluse,ā and āhermit,ā and āseverely antisocialā, but Draco often wondered if Potter hid in plain sight. To anyone else, he was easy to look past. He didnāt stand out; his face obscured by dark-rimmed glasses and an overlong mop of jet-black hair. He wore clothing in neutral colours with no noticeable style beyond their function and there was nothing significant about his statureāneither tall nor short, not skinny nor particularly broad. One might call him wiry, his t-shirt stretching across his shoulders and skimming his waist, belying a promise of muscle definition. Or maybe that was just Dracoās wishful thinking.
He didnāt stand proudly as one might expect, instead curling in on himself, head down and shoulders rounded, his chin tipped to one side, watching the crowd with a crooked half smile.
Oh, but those fucking dimples.
Draco groaned, fourteen years old all over again.

Okay so, I am in love with literally everything you create. Literally everything. How can one person be so multitalented, Iāve no idea. But rather than pestering you for more (which I wonāt, already feel so blessed for the content youāve published and only humbly wait for inspiration to strike you) I was hoping you might be able to give some recs? Just that your works are so gripping, and you have such a grasp on using these dark elements so fucking interestingly and I just know youād give amazing recs. So if you want to and have the time, Iād be over the moon! And if any come to mind, longer fics would be very much appreciated, just because they last longer :D But anything and everything really!

These two fics are companions. One is Harry's POV and the other is Snape's POV. Harry is a prisoner to Voldemort and Snape is his jailer. It's quite dark and probably my favourite dark!Snape fic.
Ab Intra & Ab Extra - snarry (my all time fav)
After the war, Snape goes to Azkaban with the other Death Eaters and his trauma slowly starts to shape him. Meanwhile, Harry Potter is caught up in a huge sex scandal that is ruining his life.
Let Go - scorbus
You would never suspect it, but this is one of the most insane, scream worthy fics I've read on ao3. Never before have characters been so flawed and interesting. It's a psychological serial killer thriller that had me guessing until the very end.
The Man Who Lived - drarry
post war Draco moves to NY for a fresh start and spends his time volunteering with inner city youths trying to steer them away from the same choices he made as a teen. But something happens and suddenly he's been cursed to share dreams with the one man he's been avoiding.
Dissonance - abraxas x tom riddle (hogwarts era)
Abraxas and Tom hate eachother and it's really quite sexy.
The Year of the Thestral - minerva x snape
the terrible truth of what happened between snape and minerva during the 7th book. this one is dark and sad and so incredibly powerful.

Lord Voldemort undermimes the prophecy and raises harry from infancy. This one is dark and a little abstract horror but i love it. Gives you the shivers

harry Potter is dead, and hermione finds herself enslaved to Death eaters as a surogate (similar to handmaids tale). This one shocked me. Genuinly so horrifying and has my all time fav characterisations of Lucus & Snape. I couldn't put it down. I don't even ship dramione and WOW.
