—Usually I cheer her up with cuddles, she enjoys affection and love. I mentioned before that she craves attention and affection that usually goes to her siblings. Sometimes she likes to just curl up in bed and hold her teddy bear and just be held, especially after Barb died. —She cheers me up by reading to me. Usually she gets me to lay down, head in her lap, and she reads books to me. Sometimes she lets me hold her jacket or one of her sweaters, letting me take in her scent—calming me down.

Present: how do you and your F/O celebrate each other’s birthdays?

—For Nancy: Breakfast pancakes, a day out, and plenty of cuddles. Usually with a gift of a book or a teddy bear

If it were me, id probably prefer to smell like lavender dog shampoo. I know it’s not very pleasant to everyone, but I really like the smell of dog shampoo. It scratches an itch in my dog brain.
