remember when dan and blair started out as enemies and then became frenemies who occasionally helped out each other and then at the end of s3 they were officially friends and they danced together at dorota’s wedding and in s4 they became bffs and dan fell for her and he wrote a book about her and in s5 he was there for her no matter what and she realized that and that she loved him too and they got together and she said her heart belonged to him and they had their first dinner party as a couple and then she said she lost herself during all those years with chuck and she wanted dan to help her be the person he fell in love with again and everyone could see it was the most pure, simple, organic and beautiful relationship ever seen on tv
