was Max being upset because George left him to stand there alone?

This was when Max finished his post-race interview and went to where George was, Lando leaving them tet-a-tet (to be interviewed), and then (in the background of Lando's interview) we could see George going somewhere to the opposite side. I was like 'damn, no gax interaction then', and seconds later they show Max standing there with the kicked puppy expression.

I saw the sentiment that Max was upset thinking about his car not being as good as McLarens, but he was too upbeat during his interview for this to be the case, imo.

With Max, Kimi 'clings' to him like children typically do with their moms. Then with George, Kimi copies/mirrors some of George's behavior and follows his lead in general, which is what boys often do with dads.

From the other end, Max seems to be soft and extra attentive with Kimi, while George is more chill in their communication and more just 'teaching by example'.

This is all so stereotypical, of course, and I recognize that there's no need to family frame those relationships. But as a gax shipper, I can't help but find it cute how Kimi fits seamlessly into the gax puzzle in this way.
