It’s likely that Nobara’s childhood friend (Fumi) is still living in Nobara’s hometown. Both Fumi and Saori are shown in the same chapter that Nobara dies after fighting Mahito (Ch. 125). This specific scene between Nobara and Fumi may foreshadow their reunion if Fumi is one of the individuals w/an awakened CT

Saori might also have a CT and have to participate the culling game, but the last time we saw her was in Tokyo. Regardless, I think Nobara might eventually join Yuji, Megumi, Yuta and Maki to join the culling game and save her friends as well (either Fumi, Saori or both).

The fanbook also stated that Nobara’s grandmother is a sorcerer. If Shoko and Nitta managed to save Nobara, she might be back at home under her grandmother’s watch, which would mean she would be close to one of the colonies and could help Fumi if Fumi does have a CT.
