Yeap… #REAL WEEMAS HATERS….!!!!!! Really that’s about it tho. at least in regards to like. Nervous habits of that caliber. LOL. He puffs up like a broody hen when he’s trying to very obviously express discomfort. It’s his “can we leave” pose. He shakes the rattler on his tail when embarrassed just as often as he does when he’s trying to be imposing. Both just mean he feels threatened.

Max once got a caramel apple at a fair and they’re still obsessed with that taste, chasing that high. I like to think they saw one at the store— bought it— and was horribly disappointed, they need authentic fair food. At the Madison family restaurant they enjoy deep fried breadsticks, ripped into little pieces so they’re super crispy, kind of tastes like an unglazed donut, they eat it with honey or jam. Not technically on the menu, this is just for their Mewwitxell……. Max actually enjoys most steamed greens lol… good kid who eats their greens, they probably get an egregious amount of lima beans black eyed peas at a buffet. Max makes peanut butter jelly sandwiches with a bunch of salted potato chips crushed in there. Max prefers crunchy peanut butter as opposed to smooth. Max loves coke / root beer / butterscotch flavored things, if not that then cherry / strawberry. There isn’t a lot Meritxell won’t eat, I think even foods they don’t particularly feel strongly towards would be cleaned off their plate. They buy themselves boxes of Kraft Mac n Cheese and buy slices of pizza from the gas station. Max is the type of person to enjoy pork rinds / fried chicken gizzards / beef liver.

Hahrima has good memories of eating fistfuls of blueberries ripped out from bushes like some wild 4 year old animal. They still had their baby fluff and were a golden fuzzy color and his paws and his face would be stained with it as he’d lie saying he wasn’t outside. Hahrima likes tomatoes, he likes caprese salad, popcorn — preferably just slightly cheesy, and plain potato chips lightly salted (as opposed to his spicy embarrassingly brightly color chip bag brother in arms (max)) Hahrima likes fruit, but because the dungeons aren’t that viable for human trees, they’re extremely expensive, so he rarely eats anything that you would know the name of. Hahrima is disgusted by hotdogs and hamburgers, most breakfast foods (pancakes / waffles / bacon / sausages ) make his stomach turn, most MEATS make his stomach turn. He’s not intentionally vegetarian but by proxy he kind of is. He likes toast, though, his comfort food is probably a grilled cheese and tomato soup. He also has a pretty ok spicy tolerance. Hahrima doesn’t very much enjoy sweets, his limit seems to be fruits. Chocolate is a little much. Hahrima enjoys light foods, he has a hard time stomaching things. He doesn’t enjoy hard candy, but I suppose if he had to pick he’d want green apple or something sour, he’d rather have a peppermint. His guilty pleasure is eating an entire box of cereal by himself, just a boy and his bowl of milk and frosted flakes. I think he’d like eggs. Despite his revulsion towards meat, I think despite having never even tried them, he’s a tiny bit enchanted by those super fancy plates of Wagyu. If you showed him that he would gasp. Hahrima likes apple juice.

Yas… the decision to make him a teenager was like solely vibes based but genuinely I do think it’s a very very interesting view point to reflect on themes such as unchecked ambition, resurrection + its relationship with Death, nature. (life?) like slightly timid small children tiny helpless people… and there is a bit of a running theme of the desire to roll with the big boys and to be part of a greater thing— being that of defying death is one but he would NOT have done all of this if not for his ego. (between both May and Hahrima actually, I bring up their similarities a lot but I can’t help it they’re both a little shy and malleable in very similar ways, they’re both motivated by their own personal selfish desires as opposed to other characters with a stronger sense of righteousness lol. I think isolation has ruined their brains a little bit even when surrounded by friends , so adjusted to being alienated. transgender. who said that.) generally just a small thing surrounded by the dismembered parts of those older (greater?) than he. our desires and wants regarding death have to do a lot with control, whatever we do to defy earth . It’s why I find ideas of consent so so interesting when it relates back to Resurrection, as a science, an occult physical action as opposed to solely a magical force or some kind of blessing. it involves rejecting nature, forcing it to bend to your will + the dead don’t complain + don’t consent and Hahrima admits to us his feelings of control and his ardor towards his spell writing. the forbidden magic (deep rooted misogyny) his delirious passion is the only love he possesses towards the humans in his lives because there really isn’t a bigger debt than putting everything back in place like death never even occurred. I think Hahrima doesn’t like to think of himself as nuanced as he is I think if you were to weather him to and get him to confess he would just simply tell you he likes to watch people die he likes to touch organs he relates to a Lukewarm Bloodstream.
