I have heard back from Ahmed about his father's surgery. It has now been postponed to July 13th, giving us 5 more days to raise the remaining $645 to cover the costs of the operation and medicine.

Donations have been incredibly slow. No donations were made on chuffed until about two days before the first deadline we had. Since then, donations have stopped again.

I understand not everyone is able to donate, but I ask that if you have the means, please give what you can. Please do not assume or hope someone will donate instead of you.

I don’t know how many more times I can come here and ask for help. Every post I write comes with tears, because my mother’s life is all I can think about.

Yesterday, her condition became much worse , I can’t stop replaying those terrifying moments in my mind. Standing beside her hospital bed, watching her struggle, feeling completely powerless… it’s a pain I can’t put into words. The doctors told us she urgently needs this heart procedure, but we’re still waiting because we don’t have the money.😔

We’re only $600 away from the urgent heart procedure she needs. Such a small number to some people, yet for us it feels like the distance between hope and despair.💔
