I personally love headcanoning Peter with extra nonvisible spider like traits. Like his favorite fruit being oranges before he was bitten and now he's basically allergic to sour things like citrus.
Or him avoiding peppermint and lavender cause it makes him uncomfortable. Him rarely blinking, or, blinking WAY too often because spider eyes have hundreds of tiny cells.
Peter becoming more and more carnivorous and basically avoiding fruits and veggies, but also feeling the urge to hunt so maybe, just maybe, he toys with his rogues a little longer than necessary.
I especially like that scene in Andrew's in the sewer where he uses his webs to track Dr Conner's movements. I think Peter should be able to feel vibrations and know where everything is kinda like Toph from ATLA and her seismic sense.
I love the idea of Peter feeling the desire to make little nests, so his bed is absolutely overflowing with pillows and blankets to keep him safe. And sometimes, without meaning to, he avoids aunt may because spiders will learn your routine to avoid larger or more powerful animals and who's more powerful than aunt may.
I love the idea of Peter refusing to accept money from Tony, but, he will reluctantly take it if he beats Tony while sparring because spiders will sometimes fight each other and steal the others "resources".
I love the idea of Peter going through a major growth spurt out of the blue because spiders can mult and become larger. Of his body changing and adopting more spider-like traits. Like fangs, or maybe his torso grows slightly longer than normal, and his arms and legs are lankier.
I love the idea of him coming home on the last day of school before winter break and taking a nap, only to wake up a week later because he accidentally left the window cracked and he slipped into diapause.
