My ADD and probably Autism (there are characteristics of autism but can’t make it clear bc ADD) and my high hearing in sounds and movements with little bit of misofony, can’t handle this.. think also some relationship things like touching, some words to say like miss you Ect i forget or I don’t want to be touch. Touching like cuddles, laying on shoulder or whatever…

Idk if this a thing like autism or add persons or just learn new things bc first relationship and also a gf…

And I’m not really a talking in public with some people. Idk I had to write my thoughts/ irritated mind.

Feeling somber, depressed and idk just feeling like a nothing evening …

My day…

Had no energy/ power to do something. I had a busy weekend. We celebrate a Dutch Holiday called “Sinterklaas” , by my girlfriend her father. So with a few people, ADHD kind of people and yeah a lot of stumulans around me…

Today I was the whole day at home and just do nothing, beside; clean my bed sheets, put pyjama on, and eat not so much, but a lot of swiping and watching things on social media and YouTube…

My mood was not on top. No concentration for long time, I didn’t want to do something or idk..
