tears on library books

Went to an All-American Rejects concert with old friends tonight. (We were big fans when we were like 15, saw them live twice back then and even had a meet-and-greet at a festival and everything.) It was super fun, and honestly like I had a great time. But my one friend? She was GLOWING. The time of her fucking life, that was so lovely to see.

We went for a drink afterwards, then later when we were walking home we came past this bar that used to kind of be our main hang when we were sixteen (I was legally allowed to drink then. to be clear) and my friends were like okay one more drink. We had a view of the music venue from there and pretty soon we saw some activity at the tour bus. We paid for our drinks and got to-go cups lmfao and went to investigate. While one of us was chatting with venue staff I saw someone come out from behind the bus and was like wait is that him. And he kind of waved at me and I wave back and I'm like OMFG it's Tyson Ritter. So I nudged my friend and then she waved at him too and he beckoned us and we took a picture (my friend hasn't sent it to me yet so I can't show it off right now) and thanked him for the show. And then we saw him walk to the bar where we had just been sitting!! So naturally we went back there to have another drink, after a while the rest of the band and I think some crew joined him. We were too shy to really talk to them though and eventually we saw them go into our town's only strip club lmaoooo
