@sinnsenke couldn't leave this in the tags
Haven’t had a chance to watch the tutorial yet, but I’m seriously considering making this for my gf’s niece
I know we talk about Langdon and him diverting medication and diluting the lorazepam but I feel like people aren't asking enough questions - because sure, let's keep on pearl clutching that he filled it with saline BUT why specifically lorazepam? When would he have the time to dilute it? How and where would he have done it since we didn't see it in his locker? Why both lorazepam and librium? Why lorazepam if librium was more easily accessible, less dangerous since Louie didn't like taking them and longer lasting? How long had he been doing this? Why did he resort to taking from his workplace? WTF is going on with Dr. Hagan?
He was given painkillers (opioids) and muscle relaxors, let's say the muscle relaxers are benzos, lorazepam and librium aren't meant for that, also sources that I've read have talked about the dangers and risks of overdosing when taking opioids and benzos together so why was he prescribed them? Why did he feel the need to self medicate instead of going to his doctor? Was he suddenly cut off his prescription/had no proper tapering plan? Why did he use the benzos to deal with his opioid withdrawal (if we we're going by the actors' statements)?
My theory is this . He hurts his back and Robby doesn't take it seriously (he made fun of it) and doesn't give him enough time off .
I'm taking this from the fact that his first patient back was leg infection lady with the demanding boss who wouldn't let her off her feet and as a result she loses her leg. It's the first case Langdon and Robby are forced to sort of work together and Robby shouts at her boss but undermines Langdon for the first tim this shift . It also fits well with Langdon's visit in the ICU and his mood change from the cervical reduction to how he just wants to leave and is rather short with Robby (before the get help speech). Leg Lady lost her leg because of a demanding unreasonable boss and Langdon almost lost his career because of a demanding unreasonable boss . Also fitting in well here is the boundaries talk he had with Whitaker.
So he comes to work too early and on pain meds, takes them too long and gets hooked. Then manages to get himself off them with the help of the benzos to be able to work a normal workload . Now benzos are tricky to get off from. So my idea is that the taper his doctor put him on was too steep and he wasn't able to work on that so he came up with his own lower step approach but that takes longer and then the legal prescriptions stopped.
The vials for me are a visual tool so Santos and the viewers can grasp what is going on and I think the show would rather forget they put it in there. Neither Santos nor Langdon would realistically have access to those vials in the pyxis.

Two conclusions to be drawn from this picture:
1 - the geese in the background show that the fake coyote doesn't deter geese
2 - the fact they needed to put up a sign implies that the fake coyote did deter humans
Where you can legally marry your first cousin.
One of my friends from high school married hers, but she didn't bring him to the class reunion, and we all knew him. Maybe she didn't want to face the girl who was her best friend, that she introduced him to, and dated for a couple years, until she stole him for herself.
I translated the Ea-Nasir complaint into vulcan and engraved it in on a cooper plate
The tumblrest sentence I have ever seen
Honestly, when I first read it, I thought that word was shit, too.

Parenting in the 80's Part 1 with Jenn Marsala
I was born in 1980 and I want y’all to know that everything about this is true. I watched this video and I was audibly like “what’s wrong with drinking out of a hose?” Nobody tell me. I don’t want to know.
Also, until the late 90s the only kind of sunscreen we had in our house wasn’t SPF 25 or SPF 50 or whatever. It was Tan Magnifier. Do y’all even know what that is? My mom would usually go with a Tan Magnifier that was SPF -4 but I know that they went as high as SPF -10. Eventually, they ended up becoming illegal for basically being an accelerant for skin cancer, but it’s all my mom used when I was growing up. Yeah, we didn’t have anything in our house with a positive SPF on it I don’t think. She didn’t want me to use it though, so I just never used sunscreen.
That time I rode my bike to the other side of town because a factory was on fire and I wanted to see it .
This heatwave is impossible to deal with . It's almost 4 am and it's 28 C outside . My bedroom is 26 degrees . And now it's windy so it feels like an airfryer outside .
thursday..... and i bet you wish you were her
