Gryffindor ~ Laying in pumpkin fields; turtleneck sweaters and knee-high socks; roasting marshmallows over a crackling fire;  old mix-tapes on repeat; hanging fairy lights up in the tower; learning to play the guitar; spilled cinnamon in the kitchen; laying in bed until you absolutely have to get out; playing bloody marry in the bathroom.

Hufflepuff ~ Mom jeans and circle glasses; doodling sunflowers on the side of notes; watching leaves flutter from trees; hearing soft rain against the greenhouse roof; re-watching halloween town in the common room; the shutter of an old polaroid; getting lost under piles of blankets; afternoons spent in the ceramics room; messy buns and rosy cheeks; testing new pumpkin pie recipes.

Slytherin ~ Running to the coffee shop in heavy rain; playing clue until the late a.m’s; crunching leaves; writing letters never to be sent; midnight trips to the forbidden forest; oversized jumpers and ripped jeans; opening old stolen rum; watching the stars disappear under the clouds; hiding behind tapestries just to scare the first years; the dim glow of candles in the dorm; wild eyes and messy lipstick.
