Can’t believe the same ex friend would actively post the most triggering ed/ana stuff knowing full well I was/am struggling so much with it and they would only post those things when I was posting about trying to recover like they were competing with me (which is stupid to do to someone with the wl competition disorder but okay) and they never bothered to tag their posts. Like it’s insane to me that you would talk about how much weight you’re losing and honestly straight edblr type of things when I told you multiple times to stop that and try not to fall down that slippery slope as someone who’s having their life deeply affected by it.

I cared so much too. I looked back at our texts trying to be supportive and help them and reassure them that they looked fine and they still ignored me and kept going anyway and like yeah they’re allowed to struggle with it too it’s not exclusive to me but I just think it’s crazy to say you understand what I’m saying but ignore my advice about trying to catch it early on and shift your thinking in favor of saving you years of recovery and heartache but whatever fuck me I guess.
