i go to the shop and I ask if they have any raspberries. they say no, they used to sell raspberries, but they haven't had any in stock in the last 15 years. I ask if there's somewhere else I can go to buy raspberries. They say no, with confidence and pride, they're the only shop around who has ever sold or will ever sell raspberries. Other shops might sell other fruit, sure, but they have a monopoly on all raspberries forever. I ask if they're possibly planning on them selling them again in future? they say they can't tell me that.
on the way home, I encounter someone eating raspberries. I ask and they tell me that they grow their own, they got some seeds from the shop back in The Raspberry Days and kept them. They take me to a field of many beautiful raspberry plants and invite me to pick my own, they're free for all the town to pick whenever they'd like.

It's the shop manager, President of Nintendo Shuntaro Furukawa. he hatefully throws a bob-omb that blows up and kills both of us instantly for stealing 200 trillion dollars worth of potential Raspberry Shop That Doesn't Do Raspberries Anymore profits that they weren't making and then he turns around to the camera with a big thumbs up and says don't do piracy or something ok please

A VERY thrown together tutorial/walk-through of how I made my very own Brush Buddy
Hey guys!! Some folks wanted me to make a guide on my brush buddy, so here goes nothing! First, the materials used are primarily stuff I had already lying around, and it’s 100% recycled materials.
Everything will be below the cut!
Materials used:
~ articulated doll “skeleton”, (mine came from a pose able cat tail buttplug) but you can find them here
~ crafting wire, I used two different thicknesses. (12g,24g)
~ sewing thread & needle
~ plastic wrap/saran wrap
~ duct tape
~ needle-nose pliers or anything to help bend the wire
~ white crafting felt
~ batting
~ fur fabric, we used a short pile fabric that was lying around
~ HOT GLUE GUN (my beloved)
ALRIGHT, HERE WE GO.
I didn’t take many initial pictures (sorry!)- but I used a 12g wire to wrap them around the skeleton for his arms and legs, and then on top of that thicker wire base I wrapped some 24g wire around to “strengthen” them.
I also made his toes from the thinner wire!
From here I cut strips of crafting felt, like the picture below. The thin strips made it easier to wrap and glue around the body.
From this point, my husband took over and bulked up the rest of his body with strips of batting (like quilting batting)
No photos of the paws/feet, but we wrapped embroidery thread around his feet to cover the wire- not too thick though so his feet remain articulated!
Here’s after he was wrapped in batting! Now onto patterning the fur out! We used the tried and true Saran Wrap and duct-tape method and it helped us make sure his legs weren’t super bulky.
The body was done in a similar fashion, but it was mostly just a tube of fur!

I’m not sure how helpful this will be for folks, but this was mostly just a labour of love and ADHD hyperfixation + ignoring my chores lol.

Hey all! I have finally returned to the event idea I wanted to do back in 2024 and made it a reality! :) Get ready for the TRIFORCE EVENT! Want to know more? Read below!
The Triforce Event is a three-week event of prompts focused on helping creators flesh out or develop ideas with their TLOZ OCs (including OC Links, Zeldas, Ganons, etc).
Each week will be themed after a different aspect of the story: Wisdom as Story, Power as Gameplay, and Courage as Characters. Wisdom will run from August 1st to 7th, Power from 8th to 14th, and Courage from 15th to 21st. Prompts can be followed as loosely as desired, and you do not have to participate in every single one! Prompts are here to encourage creativity, don't let them stifle it.
However, we (yes, we!) have to ask that everything is SFW. There will be an ao3 collection (more info on that closer to August), and only SFW entries will be accepted into it. Besides ao3, this event is going to be hosted here on Tumblr, but you are free to post your creations on other socials as well. Formatting will be a little different this time from the Light & Time Event, in hopes of improving the experience for everyone involved. This time, there will be multiple moderators to make sure things go smoothly.

your starter pokemon are trubbish, rattata and glameow. which symbolise the trash you keep forgetting to take out, the rats living in your walls and the stray cat you keep trying to befriend but it keeps hissing at you.

okay last backrooms post because i genuinely want people's thoughts and also because i want to encourage media literacy. so here's some backrooms questions, spoilers under the read more.
when i ask "why" i am not asking in the literal sense, i want you to instead substitute every why with "what did the director mean when he did this;". this is not meant to be condescending - i genuinely am asking these because i loved this movie because of how just absolutely choked with denseness it is, it is laser focused, and i want other people to be able to enjoy it the same way i do.
so without further ado;
why is clark dressed as a pirate when he runs a furniture store?
what were non-fictional pirates actually like?
as the owner-manager of a furniture store, where do clark's class interests lie? is he a laborer?
what about all the other characters in the movie that show up for more than a single scene? what are their class interests?
what are the genders of all the characters that react with fear to the backrooms? what are the genders of all the characters that react with awe/i-want-to-know-more of the backrooms? if there is a pattern, why would the director make there be one?
what is meant by the store title "captain clark's ottoman empire"? what was the ottoman empire, and, outside bad furniture pun, does it have any relevance to the story?
why do they mark the entrances off the wall in blue tape in particular? what might that mean?
